Soak apricot for overnight. Next day separate water and apricot. Slightly press apricot and remove the seeds. Do not throw water or seeds.

Add separated water with 1/2 cup water. Add sugar. Continue to cook on low flame. Break the seeds and take almond like nut.

Continue to cook till it become thick syrup. Add lemon juice. Chopped the nut and sprinkle on khubani ka meetha. Enjoy the dessert when it is warm. You can add ice cream too.
