Ingredients

  • 250 gmsGreen chillies
  • 1/2 cupPotato
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 1 tspChilli powder
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric
  • Curry leaves 15
  • 1 tbspCoriander seeds
  • 1 tbspCumin seeds
  • 1 tspMustard seeds
  • 1/2 tspOnion seeds
  • 1 tbspPoppy seeds
  • 1 tbspSesame seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cupTamarind pulp
  • Oil to fry
  • 2Eggs
  • 2 tbspWater
  • Bread crumbs as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil,peel and mash potato.

    Slit and deseed the chillies.

    Dry roast and grind cumin,coriander,sesame,poppy,onion and mustard seeds.

    Mix all the spices,curry leaves,tamarind and ground masala in potato.

    Stuff chillies with potato mixture.

    Whisk eggs with water.

    Dip chillies in egg mixture.
