Sapodilla walnut halwa

Peel out the skin of sapodila. Grate with small grater. Grate mava also.

In a pan heat ghee and saute chopped walnut for 3-4 minutes.

Remove from pan and add grated sapodila, saute on low flame for 5-7 minutes. Add grated mava, saute for 4-5 minutes.

Add milkmaid mix well. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Add roasted walnut. Now halwa is ready to serve.
