Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter. Once the butter is melted, place a tortilla in the skillet. Flip the tortilla, then add shredded Oaxaca cheese. Fold the tortilla in half with the cheese inside and cook until the cheese melts. Serve on a plate.

For the guacamole:
Cut the avocados into quarters, remove the skin, and place the avocado in a bowl or container.
Mash the avocado with a fork or whatever you have on hand.
Dice the onion and tomato, then add them to the mashed avocado.
Finely chop the cilantro and add it in. Squeeze the juice of 1 lime over the mixture and add salt to taste (make sure it’s not too sour or too salty).
That’s it! Serve everything on your plate and enjoy.

At the end, I also chopped some lettuce to add to my quesadillas, plus, of course, some Mexican-style table cream and a delicious cup of hot chocolate (like Abuelita brand).
