Ingredients

2 servings
  • 500 mlsour cream
  • 5 tbsppowdered sugar
  • 1 pinchdark pink colour
  • 2 tbspgulkand
  • Few drops rose essence
  • Pink hearts for decoration (optional)
  • Chopped strawberry pieces for garnish
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Steps

4hrs
  1. 1

    Blend sourcream with sugar

    Now add coloured hearts, colour gulkand, essence and churn again

    Now in a container add hearts, strawberries and freeze for 1 hour

    Remove the intial set and churn again. Again freeze for 2 hrs

    Garnish with mint leaves and serve
