In a bowl 🥣,add shredded red cabbage, shredded cabbage, shredded spinach 🥬, grated / ribbon carrot 🥕 and pumpkin seeds, red chilli juliennes 🌶️ mix gently, keep aside.

For dressing : in a small bowl 🥣, add finely chopped garlic 🧄, lemon juice 🍋, fish sauce, black pepper powder, and salt to taste 🧂 mix well, pour on the salad 🥗 and mix gently, serve immediately.

Note: you can add 1/4 tsp mustard powder in the dressing, if you are allergic to fish sauce.
