Pre heat oven 400Add mushrooms to a large bowl. Add oil, salt pepper. Toss till well combined

Place mushrooms on a baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes. Then shake up pan to flip and rotate shrooms. Bake another 10 minutes

While shrooms are baking, time to brown butter. Melt butter on medium heat, about 10 minutes to get the nutty smell. Add thyme, garlic, and lemon juice. Stir

Add shrooms back to the bowl and pour butter over them. Serve, enjoy
