Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 1/2 LbsBoneless, Skinless, Chicken Thighs, diced into 1 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1 1/2 TbspVegatable Oil
  • Sauce
  • 1/2 CupWater
  • 1/4 CupApple Juice
  • 1/3 CupSoy Sauce
  • 1/3 CupLight Brown Sugar
  • 2Garlic Cloves, Chopped
  • 3/4 TspCrushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 TbspKetchup
  • 2 TbspBourbon
  • 1 TbspVegetable Oil
  • 1 TbspApple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 TspGinger, Chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Add 1 1/2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil to a pan and place pan on Medium High heat. Add Chicken to the pan.

  2. 2

    While the Chicken is cooking, put the ingredients together for the sauce and whisk. Set sauce to the side.

  3. 3

    Once the Chicken is done cooking, remove the Chicken from the pan and pour the sauce into the pan. Allow sauce to cook in the pan for 8 minutes.

  4. 4

    Once the sauce has cooked for 8 minutes, add the Chicken back into the pan with the sauce and allow the sauce to reduce to desired consistency.

  5. 5

    Serve.
