There will be many relatives visiting for Eid al-Fitr, and this Salad is one of the must-haves.
Understandably, this is my husband and family's favorite salad dish, he said, bringing back memories of when his grandma was still alive; thus I frequently cook it as well.

There will be many relatives visiting for Eid al-Fitr, and this Salad is one of the must-haves.
Understandably, this is my husband and family's favorite salad dish, he said, bringing back memories of when his grandma was still alive; thus I frequently cook it as well.

Clean all of the ingredients, cut them into cubes or according to taste, and boil them separately.

Boil the eggs until fully cooked, then separate the whites and yolks.
Crush egg yolks with a fork.
Egg white, sliced into little pieces. - 3
Combine all sauce ingredients (except cornstarch).
Heat a frying pan, then add the sauce ingredients.
Add cornstarch and whisk until it reaches the desired consistency. - 4
And ready to serve, yum!
