1-2 people

3 cupsmixed lettuce
1 dozenfresh strawberries
Handfulfresh blueberries
1 Tbtahini
1 Tbolive oil
1-2 Tblemon juice (to taste)
Fresh ground black pepper (to taste)
Pinchsea salt

Steps

10 mins prep

Tear washed and dried lettuce in bite sized pieces

Wash, hull and slice strawberries in 2 pieces

Wash blueberries
4

Add fruits and vegetables to salad bowl
5

Mix tahini, olive oil and lemon juice and drizzle over salad.

Sprinkle salt & pepper over salad
7

Toss and Enjoy!
