Take a pan at normal temperature.

Now mix it with white oil and onion slices and mix well with your hands.

Now add salt to taste, pieces of fish and chopped green chillies in this mixture and arrange the fish in the pan. Now add such amount of water that the fishes are submerged in water.

Now put the kadai on gas and cover it on medium heat and boil the fish for 10 minutes and take it down and serve with hot boiled rice.
