For Onigiri Only! Seasoned Rice with Salt

No need to add salt when shaping the rice balls—so easy! The kombu and mirin add extra umami and a touch of sweetness. Great for making a large batch, too. Tastes just like the rice in convenience store onigiri!
Recipe background: I always felt that convenience store onigiri rice had its own flavor, so I experimented to recreate it at home.
