No-Water Sukiyaki with Costco Bulgogi

I gave Costco bulgogi a sukiyaki-style twist. The napa cabbage turned out incredibly delicious! I’ll definitely make this again.
Recipe background: I enjoy finding new ways to use up leftover Costco bulgogi by trying different variations.

Steps
- 1
Cut the tofu and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- 2
Arrange the bulgogi beef and napa cabbage tightly in a sukiyaki pot or large skillet. Pour the sake evenly over the top, cover with a lid, and cook over medium heat.
- 3
When the cabbage softens, push it to the sides to make space. Add the tofu and other vegetables, then simmer.
- 4
If you like, prepare some beaten eggs for dipping.
