Bring a pot of water to a boil. Wash the chrysanthemum greens thoroughly and blanch for 1 minute.

Drain the greens and cut into pieces about 2 inches (5 cm) long.

In a bowl, mix together the sugar, soy sauce, and ground sesame seeds.

Combine the cut greens with the sesame mixture. Drizzle with sesame oil, transfer to a serving dish, and enjoy.
