Ingredients

  1. About 2 bowls cooked rice (about 2 cups, 320 grams)
  2. 1 packetready-made curry
  3. 2eggs
  4. 1 tablespoonchicken bouillon powder
  5. 1/2 cupmixed vegetables (about 70 grams)
  6. 1 tablespoonbutter
  7. 1 tablespoonolive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the ready-made curry in a pot of boiling water. Once the water boils, cover and turn off the heat to save energy.

  2. 2

    In a frying pan, melt the butter. Add the mixed vegetables, rice, and chicken bouillon powder. Stir-fry over high heat until everything is well mixed and the rice is fluffy, then transfer to a plate.

  3. 3

    In the same pan, pour in the beaten eggs. Stir gently 3–4 times, then cook until the bottom is just set. Slide the eggs over the rice on the plate.

  4. 4

    Pour the heated curry around the rice and eggs. Serve and enjoy!
