Chocolate chip cookies
I make this recipe all the time and it always turns out great. It makes 3 or 4 batches of cookies, so the whole recipe takes like 3 hours, but you can just make one batch and put the remaining batter in the freezer for another day :)
I also switch the recipe a lot, for example I used lemon zest and juice instead of chocolate, or cocoa and white chocolate, or dates and raisins and nuts.

Steps
- 1
Mix the room temperature butter and the sugar until soft and smooth
- 2
In the mixture, add the eggs and the vanilla extract
- 3
In another bowl, mix the flour with the salt and baking soda
- 4
Combine the two mixtures and mix until smooth
- 5
Chop the chocolate or use chocolate chips, adding it to the batter. Now the batter is complete
- 6
Place the batter in the fridge for half an hour
- 7
Line a tray with parchment paper and make small dollops of batter with a spoon or your finger. Don't make them too big and don't place them too close to each other because they'll spread
- 8
Place in the oven and check regularly until the sides of the cookies are darker. My oven doesn't have temperature, so I don't know that, but I use a low-medium power and it takes around 30-40 minutes
