Easy Homemade Gyoza Wrappers with a Bread Machine

I got hooked on homemade gyoza wrappers after trying my dad’s version (haha).

Add all the ingredients to the bread machine and select the 'udon/pasta dough' setting to knead. (About 15 minutes)

Once the dough is ready, transfer it to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Take the rested dough out of the fridge and divide it into balls, each a little over 3/4 inch (about 2cm) in diameter.

Dust a cutting board with flour and roll each ball out with a rolling pin to about 2 1/2 inches (about 6cm) wide.

Before filling, roll each wrapper out a bit larger, as shown in the photo.
