4eggs
15 stalksgreens (I used garland chrysanthemum)
Few sprigs of parsley
5long slices of prosciutto
Olive oil
Salt, pepper

Preheat oven to 175 Celsius
2

Brush pan with olive oil
3

Layer prosciutto on the bottom of the pan
4

Layer seasonal greens on top of prosciutto
5

Season with salt and pepper
6

Lay 4 eggs on top of the greens
7

Bake for 15-20min

Too salty and the greens got too crispy because I had to bake longer to get the whites done.
