Steps
- 1
Add all the sesame dressing ingredients to a clean jar or other sealed container and shake well.
- 2
Once mixed, the dressing should look creamy and smooth.
- 3
Tear the lettuce into pieces and spread on a plate. Cut the cucumber into thin strips and shred the imitation crab sticks.
- 4
Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Once cooked, rinse under cold water and drain thoroughly in a colander.
- 5
Drizzle a little sesame oil over the drained noodles to keep them from sticking and add flavor.
- 6
Place the noodles on top of the lettuce, then arrange the cucumber, imitation crab, corn, and cherry tomato on top. Pour the sesame dressing over everything and serve.
