Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupheavy cream or whipped cream
  2. 1egg
  3. 2 tablespoonssugar
  4. (a little vanilla extract, if available)

Cooking Instructions

    Separate the egg white and yolk.

    Whip the egg white with a whisk until stiff peaks form.

  3. 3

    In a separate bowl, add sugar to the heavy cream or whipped cream and whip until soft peaks form (just before stiff peaks).

    Add the crumbled egg yolk to the whipped egg white (and vanilla extract if available) and mix together (I used a manual whisk).

    Add the mixture from step 3 to step 4 and mix with a manual whisk, then pour into a container for chilling.

    Freeze for at least 3 hours.
