Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 tspsugar
  2. 1 tsppaprika
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  5. 1/4 tspcayenne pepper
  6. 1 lbchicken breast, cut into 2" pieces
  7. 1 Toil
  8. 16 ozpackage if frozen bell pepper/onion mix

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In medium bowl, combine seasonings. Toss in chicken pieces to coat. Cover abd refrigerate at least 15 min.

    In large nonstick skillet, heat oil. Add in pepper/onion mix, stirring occasionally, until tender.

  3. 3

    Add in chicken and cook, stirring until no longer pink. Serve hot.
