Yakitori-Style Chicken Tenders

I made this in a hurry as a bento item, but it was delicious so I turned it into a recipe. Just a little bit of miso gives a nice fragrance.
I used 6 chicken tenders, but I think you can use anywhere from 4 to 8. Recipe by Raby

Steps
- 1
Spread a generous amount of vegetable oil out in a frying pan and place the katakuriko-coated chicken tenders. Cook on high heat until golden brown.
- 2
Combine the ● ingredients, mix, and set aside.
- 3
Spread a generous amount of vegetable oil out in a frying pan and place the flour-coated chicken tenders. Cook on high heat until golden brown.
- 4
Once one side has cooked, flip and cook on medium heat with a lid. Once it's golden brown, stop the heat.
- 5
Wipe excess oil in the frying pan with a paper towel, and add the sauce you made in Step 2, the garlic and turn on the heat again.
- 6
Turn up to high heat and once the sauce comes to a boil, it's done (be careful not to burn it). Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve.
