My baby nephew asked me to make a snack before he go back to his boarding school 📚 But when i looked into the fridge there was only some fruits 😌. So (again) I made super simple dessert for him, fruit crepes 🍈🍎🍐🍊 and he liked it 💃

My baby nephew asked me to make a snack before he go back to his boarding school 📚 But when i looked into the fridge there was only some fruits 😌. So (again) I made super simple dessert for him, fruit crepes 🍈🍎🍐🍊 and he liked it 💃
Cooking Instructions

Mix all together the wet ingredients into the bowl (eggs, milk, oil, vanilla). Dont over mix.

Pour the wet ingredients in to the dry ones (flour, salt, sugar)

Heat the pan and pour the batter on to the pan (about a quarter cup). Repeat for all the remaining batter.

Set aside the crepes and let it not too hot.
- 5
Spread the condensed milk onto the crepe,put the fruits and fold the crepes.

Pour the icing sugar, or you may put the ice cream, whipped cream or any cheese.

Serve.

Because these crepes are so simple and yet easy to handle, I decided to post the recipe here!Take care to strain the batter to remove lumps - this really makes a difference.
