Ingredients

  • 200 gmarbi boil ki hue
  • 1 tbsajhawain, hing, haldi, besan dhaniya powder, red chili powder
  • 100gmm yogurt
  • 2 tbsghee
  • 4 tbsmustard oil
  • 2 cupwater
  • Salt as per ur taste
  • Coriander leaves.. For garnish..

Steps

    Firstly boil the Aarbi Uska cheelka hata da cut in to small pieces..

    Heat oil add hing, ajhawain, haldi, besan, dhaniya powder, red chili powder.. Mix together add salt, Aarbi mix it plate cover kr da for 5 minute aach bilkul medium..

    Then after 5 add water. 2 cup water Then steam it for 10 minutes After 10 minute mix together add yogurt dheera dheera pura Ek sth nhe daalna h nhe yogurt fat jayega thoda thoda daalta jya sth n hilata bhi rhe chamcha s.. For 5 minutes Than cover it for 2 minutes...

    Garnish with coriander leaves..

    Serve with Ghee
