Chikuwa is fish paste cooked in a bomboo-like shape and it is common food to us. Scrambled eggs with tomatos and chikuwa taste good. Tomato's vitamine color give me an appite.

Chikuwa is fish paste cooked in a bomboo-like shape and it is common food to us. Scrambled eggs with tomatos and chikuwa taste good. Tomato's vitamine color give me an appite.
Steps

Slice a onion and chikuwa into pieces.

Dice tomatos roughly.
- 3
Combine eggs and sugar and dashi soy sause in a bowl.
- 4
Heat oil and fry sliced onions and chikuwa in a pan.
- 5
Pour eggs and fry them together for 2-3 minutes. Add bonito on it. Be careful not to fry too much. It's done.

Add tomatos in the pan.
