1 packcicely
1canned scallop (drain water)
1 packdried bonito shavings

Steps

1

①rinse cicely and boil 15-30 seconds in hot water with salt

②then wash the cicely with water and cut them into 4-5cm length
3

③discard the canning liquid
4

④mix the cut cicely and scallop
5

⑤add dried bonito shavings into ④ and dress with them
