Ingredients

  • 7 ozpackage thin spaghetti cooked in salted water
  • 8 ozbag chopped grilled chicken or cooked shrimp
  • 1/2 cuproasted bell pepper strips
  • 1 cartonfresh button mushrooms sliced
  • 1 bagbaby spinach
  • 1 canItalian tomatoes drained
  • 1/4 cuppesto sauce
  • 1 teaspoongarlic
  • 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  • 1 tablespoonsbutter
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • Parmesan cheese optional
  • 1small diced onion
  • 1/2 cupwhite wine
  • 1/2 cuppasta water

Steps

  1. 1

    In a skillet heat oil and butter, add onion and mushrooms cook a few mins add garlic, then spinach, peppers, tomatoes add in spaghetti pesto and wine and pasta water toss over low heat add salt and pepper to taste and cheese
