Wash the leaves, for every leaf u hv to stuff chopped garlic piece, chopped green chilli piece and tie a knot so that it does not get removed

In a vessel add lil oil, mustard seeds, let it temper, add chopped tomatoes, onion, saambar pdr, turmeric pdr and the knotted leaves and cook nicely till it becomes soft, add little water as well and close the lid until it gets cooked.

At last add grinded coconut, grinded kadlay pappu pdr and more tamarind paste and also add some jaggery and stir well cook for another 5 mins

Can be served best with chapathis and Akki rotti
