Wrap the potatoes in plastic wrap and microwave for 5 minutes at 700W. Leave them in the microwave for about 3 minutes.

Meanwhile, roughly chop the boiled egg and cut the wiener sausage into 5 mm cubes.

Cut the tops off the potatoes.

Scoop out the inside (do not scoop the inside too much to avoid breaking the skin).

Combine Step 2 with half of the scooped potato and then mix with the ● ingredients. This is how the mixture should look.

Stuff the mixture from Step 5 into the potatoes from Step 4 and sprinkle the panko on top. Bake in the oven until browned, and until the stuffing begins to bubble).

You will probably have some stuffing leftover. Mix it with the remaining scooped potato from Step 5 and spread on bread to make good use of the leftovers.
