Yaki Udon with Udon Soup Mix

Name: Yaki Udon with Udon Soup Mix
Yield: Serves 1 serving
Ingredients: 1 package cooked udon noodles; 1.8 oz (50 g) thinly sliced pork; 1 leaf napa cabbage (or use green cabbage); 1/5 carrot; 1/4 onion; 1/2 green bell pepper; 1 packet udon soup mix; 2 tablespoons water (30 ml); 1 little vegetable oil; 1/2 packet bonito flakes

Serves 1 serving

1 packagecooked udon noodles
1.8 oz (50 g)thinly sliced pork
1 leafnapa cabbage (or use green cabbage)
1/5carrot
1/4onion
1/2green bell pepper
1 packetudon soup mix
2 tablespoonswater (30 ml)

Steps

Thinly slice the onion. Cut the bell pepper and carrot into thin strips. Slice the cabbage into 1/2-inch (1 cm) wide pieces. Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and add the pork. Stir-fry until it starts to change color.

Add the vegetables and stir-fry together.

Once the vegetables are cooked, add the udon noodles. Add the soup mix and water, stir to coat everything evenly, and cook until heated through. Serve in a bowl and top with bonito flakes.
