Bento Meal Prep: Mini Patty Burgers

These mini burgers are made without breadcrumbs or onions, perfect for a low-carb bento box. (They're more like hamburger patties, haha.) The origin of this recipe: I wanted to eat them.

Steps
- 1
Knead all the ingredients together well. (Using a plastic bag can reduce cleanup.)
- 2
Oil your hands and shape the mixture. (Slam it into your hand to remove air.) # Aim for a thickness of about 1/2 inch and palm-sized. [About the size of a medium fried chicken piece]
- 3
Cover and cook on medium-high heat for 1.5 minutes. Flip when the surface turns white.
- 4
Add sake and steam on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
- 5
Insert a skewer; if the juices run clear, it's done.
- 6
Enjoy your meal!
- 7
Mix ketchup and sauce in a 1:1 ratio and coat the patties if desired.
