Ingredients

  1. 1/3 cvinegar
  2. 1dried arbol chili
  3. 1/2dried guajillo chili
  4. 1/2diced red jalapeno seeded n deveined
  5. 1 clovecrushed garlic
  6. 1diced prune or plum
  7. 2 tbspbrown or raw sugar
  8. pinchsalt
  9. 1/2 tspboulon
  10. 1/2 cwater
  11. 1 tspcornstarch

Steps

  1. 1

    Warm & dissolve sugar in the vinegar. Add Chilies plum seasons & bring to simmer.

  2. 2

    Mix in blender then return to saucepan over mid heat

  3. 3

    Mix water & cornstarch to make slurry. Mix into vinegar chili stirring constantly until thickens slightly. Turn off heat & store in small jar.
