Ingredients

1/3 cvinegar
1dried arbol chili
1/2dried guajillo chili
1/2diced red jalapeno seeded n deveined
1 clovecrushed garlic
1diced prune or plum
2 tbspbrown or raw sugar
pinchsalt
1/2 tspboulon
1/2 cwater
1 tspcornstarch

Steps

Warm & dissolve sugar in the vinegar. Add Chilies plum seasons & bring to simmer.

Mix in blender then return to saucepan over mid heat
3

Mix water & cornstarch to make slurry. Mix into vinegar chili stirring constantly until thickens slightly. Turn off heat & store in small jar.
