  1. 2 piecesmilk fish (bangus)
  2. 80 gginger
  3. 1whole red onion
  4. 4 pcsspring onion
  5. 2 pcsred chili pepper
  6. 2 cupsmayonaise
  7. 1whole lemon
  8. 2 tablespoonsugar
  9. salt and pepper
  10. 2 bagspork crackling
  11. cooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Dice the onion.

    Dice the ginger.

    Dice the chili peppers.

  4. 4

    Dice spring onions.

  5. 5

    I just picked up this brand by chance, any pork crackling will do.

    Crush the pork crackling

    The milk fish can be purchased from the asian store.

    Pre heat the cooking oil

  9. 9

    Deep fry the milk fish until golden brown.

  10. 10

    Let the milk fish cool down after frying before dicing.

    Slice the lemon.

  12. 12

    Mix all the ingredients together and add the mayonaise.

    Add the sugar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.

    Chill for few hours before serving.
