Ingredients

  • 1 lbLeftover roasted pork, chopped into small pieces
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 4 tbspliver spread
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1onion, chopped into small cubes
  • 1/4 cupknorr liquid seasoning
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • 2 pcslime
  • 1/4 cuplight mayonnaise
  • 1 tsphot sauce
  • 1 tspcrushed dried chilli
  • Some green and red chillis, sliced
  • Spring onions, sliced

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt butter in a pan

  2. 2

    Add onion, cook until transparent

  3. 3

    Add lechon and stir

  4. 4

    Add liver spread and mix until well combined

  5. 5

    Add garlic powder, liquid seasoning, crushed dried chilis, salt and pepper, cook for 5 minutes in medium heat

  6. 6

    Stir in mayonnaise and cook for 2 minutes and turn off heat.

  7. 7

    Sprinkle green and red chilis and spring onions on top, squeeze lime and add hot sauce if desired.
