Steps

  1. 1

Roughly chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. If the pork slices are large, cut them into smaller pieces.

  2. 2

Microwave the yakisoba noodles in the package for 1 minute at 600W, then loosen them well by hand.

  3. 3

Mix the tonkatsu sauce and oyster sauce together in a small bowl.

  4. 4

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet. Spread the noodles out in the pan and let them cook without stirring.

  5. 5

Once the bottom of the noodles is golden brown, gently stir to loosen them, then remove from the pan and set aside.

  6. 6

Add the remaining vegetable oil to the skillet and heat again. Add the pork and cook over medium heat.

  7. 7

When the pork is cooked through, add the cabbage, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry until the cabbage softens, then add the noodles from step 5 and the bean sprouts.

  8. 8

Stir-fry everything together for 1–2 minutes, then add the sauce mixture from step 3. Quickly toss to coat everything evenly, then transfer to a plate.

  9. 9

Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
