Put the bread flour in a bowl. Add sugar and dry yeast, and mix with a whisk. Add salt and mix with a whisk.

Pour in water and vegetable oil, and combine with a spatula.

Mix lightly by hand. Transfer to a work surface.

Knead by folding and pressing repeatedly (about 8-10 minutes).

The dough should become smooth.

Place in a bowl greased with vegetable oil and cover with plastic wrap.

Let it rise for about 1 hour for the first fermentation.

Grease the pan with vegetable oil.

Place the dough in the pan and let it rise for about 30 minutes for the second fermentation.

Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and sauté. Add all-purpose flour and sauté.

Add milk and simmer. Season with salt and pepper.

Once thickened, remove from heat.

Let it cool completely.

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Press the center.

Prick with a fork several times.

Spread half of the white sauce. Add ham and pasta sauce. Top with cherry tomatoes and sprinkle pizza cheese.

Repeat for the second layer. Bake in a preheated oven at 428°F (220°C) for 20 minutes.
