Ingredients

  1. 7 tablespoonsunsalted butter (about 100 grams)
  2. 7 ouncesdark chocolate (about 200 grams, used ASDA Dark Chocolate)
  3. 3eggs
  4. 1/4 cupbrown sugar (about 50 grams)
  5. 1/4 cupwhole wheat flour (coarse) or all-purpose flour
  6. 1 tablespooncocoa powder
  7. 1 1/2 teaspoonsbaking powder (optional)
  8. 1/2 cupwalnuts (about 50 grams)
  9. 2 packs (18 pieces)Oreo cookies
  10. 1 pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.

    Once the butter is melted, remove the saucepan from the heat and add finely crushed chocolate. Mix well until smooth.

    In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Gradually add the brown sugar in two parts, beating until the mixture triples in volume.

    Add the melted chocolate from step 2 to the beaten eggs and mix quickly.

    Add the whole wheat flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, crushed walnuts, and salt. Mix quickly and roughly.

    Line a 8x8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper (with the sides up) and pour in the batter.
