Remove the stem from the eggplant, cut it in half lengthwise, and slice thinly on the diagonal.

Remove the stem from the cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise, and slice thinly on the diagonal.

Add all the ☆ ingredients and mix well.

Add the bonito flakes, mix, and let it sit until everything softens. Stir occasionally to let the flavors soak in.

Once everything is softened, mix again and serve in a dish.
