Ingredients

  1. 4small cans tomato paste
  2. 4-5large cans tomato sauce
  3. 3green peppers diced
  4. 1large onion diced
  5. 4beefsteak tomatoes cut to desired size
  6. 1oregano
  7. 4 clovesgarlic cloves
  8. 1 tbspsalt
  9. 2 tspblack pepper
  10. 3 tspsugar ( for Italian flavor)
  11. 3-4bay leaves
  12. 2 lbground italian sausage

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients but sausage, simmer covered for 3 hours stirring frequently

  2. 2

    Cook ground sausage and add to sauce about a half hour before sauce is done
