Easy Curry Ramen (Great for Leftovers)

Super easy—just simmer everything together!
About this recipe:
On the second day, I tried udon and pasta, but my family especially loved it with ramen noodles. A slightly thicker curry sauce helps the noodles soak up more flavor.

About this recipe:

Steps
- 1
Heat the leftover or store-bought curry in a pot, add the ramen noodles, and simmer together.
- 2
If you don't have enough curry, add some water and extra curry roux before cooking.
- 3
Add your favorite toppings.
- 4
Adjust the noodle cooking time to your liking. I usually add the noodles after the curry is hot and simmer for the time listed on the package (about 1–2 minutes).
- 5
If you prefer, you can cook the noodles separately and pour the curry over them instead of simmering together.
- 6
Curry ramen made with a rich, thick curry sauce is delicious! Just be careful—you might want to eat it with white rice, so don't overdo it!
