Easy and Delicious Pork and Cabbage Rolls

The yakiniku sauce gives it an appetizing flavor that makes you want to have seconds. Even though it's made with budget-friendly pork, it's tender and tasty.
The origin of this recipe
I didn't have asparagus or green beans for meat rolls, so I tried using just the cabbage I had in the fridge. Surprisingly easy and delicious!

Steps
- 1
Shred the cabbage, and spread out the thinly sliced pork. Season with salt and pepper.
- 2
Place a handful of cabbage at the front of the pork slice and roll the pork around the cabbage.
- 3
Lightly coat the surface of the meat with flour. Add olive oil to a frying pan and start cooking from the seam of the roll, turning as it cooks.
- 4
Once the meat is nicely browned, add all the sauce ingredients at once to make a teriyaki glaze.
- 5
Cut in half and serve.
