Chocolate Chip Cookies
Every time we go to Subway, my husband insists on having their cookies. Today, while buying almond flour, I suddenly thought, since he loves them so much, why not make them myself? At least I'll know exactly what's in them.
Tips:
1. Make sure to whip the butter until it's creamy; this will make the cookies crisp.
2. Adjust the baking time according to your preference (bake shorter for softer cookies, longer for crispier ones).
3. Use semi-sweet chocolate chips or baking chocolate to prevent them from melting too much during baking.
Thoughts:
This recipe was adapted from a blog I found online, but I made some changes to reduce the butter and increase the flour because I didn't want them too greasy. If you don't like them too sweet, you can also omit the chocolate chips. It's a simple cookie baking recipe.
