  1. 1 packfrozen udon noodles
  2. 1/2 tablespoonsugar
  3. 1/2 tablespoonsoy sauce
  4. 1 teaspoonvinegar
  5. 1/4 teaspoongrated garlic (store-bought garlic paste is fine)
  6. 1/2 tablespoonsesame oil
  7. 1/2 teaspoonchicken bouillon powder
  8. 1/2 tablespoonoyster sauce
  9. Sliced green onions, to taste (optional)
  10. 1egg yolk (optional)
  11. Toasted white sesame seeds, to taste (optional)
  12. Nori (seaweed), to taste (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients marked with ★.

    Heat the frozen udon noodles in the microwave according to the package instructions.
