After sautéing, add water or broth and cook until the lentils and vegetables are completely tender.

In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the garlic. Add the spices and cook until fragrant, then add this mixture to the pot with the vegetables and lentils.

Blend the soup until smooth.

Slice the second onion into thin strips and fry in a little oil for garnish. Serve and enjoy.
