Arrange the ingredients. Roast the veggie on high flame to keep them crunchy. Set aside.

Boil 2 cups of water and add Maggie atta noodles masala powder. Add two slabs of noodles and the roasted vegetables and cook.

Transfer the cooked Maggie and veggies to serving plates. Make a poach of egg with the remaining oil. Serve the eggs poached on Maggie noodles and serve.
