I used to make yakisoba often, so I wanted to try something different using ingredients I had in the fridge!

Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and cook the pork.

Add the vegetables to the pan and stir-fry.

Add the udon noodles and stir-fry together.

Add the ginger paste and noodle soup base, stir to combine, and adjust the flavor. Serve hot. For extra flavor, sprinkle bonito flakes on top while it's still hot, if you like.
