My husband is into bodybuilding and I'm always looking for ways to feed him healthy treats to keep him sane during his cutting phase. This one treat tastes like the real thing without all the added sugar and bad carbs. Blend some frozen berries in the processor as a side to this and you have one healthy guilt free dessert. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 (19 oz)can of organic black beans rinsed well
  • 2 tbsorganic coco
  • 1 tspHimalayan Salt
  • 1/2 cupreal maple syrup
  • 1/4 cupmelted organic coconut oil
  • 1 pkgPC Blue Steel Cut Oats or 1/2 cup of instant oatmeal
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 2 1/4 tspvanilla extract
  • 1/4 cupunsweetened dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cupsugar free marshmallows

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. 2

    Blend all ingredients well in a food processor except the chocolate chips and marshmallows.

  3. 3

    Grease 8" square pan with coconut oil.

  4. 4

    Pour batter into pan.

  5. 5

    Top with chocolate chips and marshmallows.

  6. 6

    Bake for 15 min.

  7. 7

    Place on wire rack and let cool for 30 min before serving.
