Ingredients

2granny Smith apples, peeled & cored, large diced
2red delicious apples, peeled & cored, large diced
2 Tblsbrown sugar, packed
2 Tblsraw sugar
1 tspvanilla extract
2 tspcinnamon
2 Tblsbutter

Steps

1

Add all ingredients to the Instant pot.

Lock lid and close pressure valve
3

Cook at high pressure for 2 minutes
4

Allow a 10 minutes natural pressure release
5

Lightly mash applesauce to your desired consistency.
6

Wonderful as is, or added to vanilla yogurt, or icecream!
