Ingredients

  • 2granny Smith apples, peeled & cored, large diced
  • 2red delicious apples, peeled & cored, large diced
  • 2 Tblsbrown sugar, packed
  • 2 Tblsraw sugar
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 2 tspcinnamon
  • 2 Tblsbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients to the Instant pot.

  2. 2

    Lock lid and close pressure valve

  3. 3

    Cook at high pressure for 2 minutes

  4. 4

    Allow a 10 minutes natural pressure release

  5. 5

    Lightly mash applesauce to your desired consistency.

  6. 6

    Wonderful as is, or added to vanilla yogurt, or icecream!
