Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  • 7 ouncesthinly sliced beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1French baguette
  • 1/2bouillon cube
  • 3/4 cupwater
  • 1/2onion

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pot, combine the thinly sliced beef, salt, pepper, bouillon, and water, and simmer. Sauté the onion until caramelized. The onion is optional.

  2. 2

    Once the meat is cooked, slice the baguette in the middle, lightly toast it, and fill it with the meat. Pour some of the cooking liquid over it.
