Slice the cucumber with a slicer, sprinkle with salt, and squeeze out the excess water. Drain the oil or water from the tuna can.

Cook the fusilli pasta according to the package instructions. Mix the pasta with the cucumber, hard-boiled egg, Italian dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and black pepper.
